Midtown Cleveland partners with Asian artists to hide utility boxes with cultural art

Right before the temperatures dropped too low, Midtown Cleveland installed four pieces of artwork covering up otherwise blank utility boxes at the corners of Payne Avenue and East 30th, 33rd, 36th, and 40th Streets.
