Layoffs at Neff Yard lead to concern for Union Pacific workers

Weeks after Union Pacific laid off at least 200 people at Neff Yard, a former employee said he’s concerned the layoffs could impact safety on the tracks. Union Pacific, however, said “we will not sacrifice the well-being of our team for productivity.”
