According to Business Insider, Jennifer Aniston is not a fan of keeping a diary.
During a Friday night appearance on BBC One's "The Graham Norton Show" the actress admitted, "I used to, religiously...I don't anymore and I don't know why."
She explained that her reasoning may be because she's afraid of having her diary stolen.
Aniston also revealed that an ex-boyfriend once read her diary.
She added "That kind of makes you think, 'Nope...'"
The former "Friends" star appeared on The Graham Norton Show alongside Dame Julie Andrews and Reese Witherspoon.
Aniston also shared that she was allowed to keep the neon green coffee cup sign from Central Perk when the popular show "Friends" ended.
