Judge: PBSO deputy arrested for aggravated assault can't possess weapons for a year

A Palm Beach County deputy arrested for aggravated assault following an incident in downtown West Palm Beach earlier this month cannot possess weapons for at least one year, a judge ruled on Tuesday.
