Boardwalk coming to Lake Wellington

There’s sign of things to come in the Village of Wellington. On Tuesday evening village leaders and residents gathered for a groundbreaking for a new boardwalk along Lake Wellington. Officials say the project is changing the landscape both visually and economically.
