New Richmond seeks to slow down U.S. 52 traffic with four roundabouts

For many commuters, U.S. 52 is an easy drive into downtown Cincinnati. But, the village has received a transportation allocation that will force drivers to slow down to navigate four roundabouts as the highway passes through the area.
