“I do think that Mr. Zuckerberg needs to take a little more responsibility for what's going on and he should be constantly refining Facebook and everything else that he's involved in, based on the changing technologies. We deal with national security issues now and the cyber world, and I do get a little upset with Mr. Zuckerberg over just wanting to wash his hands.
