Nueva Cantina honors National Seafood Month with lobster, shrimp dish

Louie Spetrini, managing partner of Nueva Cantina, demonstrates hi signature Lobster and Shrimp Enchiladas. The recipe is as followed: Mix shredded cheese, lobster meat, shrimp and mushrooms together. Spread 4 ounces of mix onto the flour tortillas, and roll up. Place 2 ounces of sherry cream sauce at the bottom of an oval dish and place the enchiladas. Wrap in celophane and chill to serve.
