Adkins, 57, and Mutant X actress Victoria, 48, were followed in the procession by The Voice coach Blake Shelton, 43, who officiated the nuptials.  “They were all having a blast, super nice, all smiles,” said an onlooker, who was on holiday in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, when she spotted the rowdy wedding congregation.
