Runaway Truck Tires Create Havoc in Interstate

Info from Licensor: "The truck was headed Southbound on I-55 right passed the I-220 bridge. The dual tires popped off his trailer a quarter mile before the County Line exit. The Dual tires bounced over the median into on-coming traffic Northbound on I-55 where it hit 3-4 vehicles and maybe caused one or two other cars to wreck."
