PBSO: Man opened fire on vehicle, made racial comments after fight over parking

A Loxahatchee man is under arrest, accused of opening fire on two men following a fight over parking. According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, the victims were parked in a 'no parking' area outside Prime Liquors, located at 5026 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, around 9:30 p.m. on Oct 2.
