Roberts also confirmed that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz's investigation into whether the Obama administration abused the FISA system to "to begin [the] surveillance of Trump campaign officials that ultimately led to the Mueller investigation" is approaching an end. Horowitz's report should be released sometime later this month, he added.
