Downtown Cincinnati Music Venue Plans are all set to move forward

Plans for a music venue at The Banks movies forward despite stalled plans last week. Hamilton County Commissioners voted 3-0 to approve a resolution which says the county will buy half of the land which will be used for gameday parking and tailgating for the Bengals.
