Banks Concert Venue Project Could Be Stalled Again

Getting a concert venue up and running in the Banks is a mix of a lot of moving parts, but one major part, Hilltop Concrete, the company that operates near the Banks, needs to relocate, and that's what's holding up the whole process in Cincinnati while the rival venue across the river in Kentucky is taking shape.
