Truck Plows into Parked Car

Info from Licensor: "After running a stop sign the black truck crashed into a parked car, he then drove in reverse leaving the scene of the accident trying to flee but a good Samaritan chased him down almost getting run over himself, Some other guy came out of nowhere and helped in the chase."
