An woman involved in the BleuTech Park project in Las Vegas is accused of lying to get millions of dollars from a Florida city for a similar project, according to an investigation from the Miami Herald. The paper is reporting that police say. Janet LeGrand used a fake engineering firm and a falsified resume to win a $33.3 million construction contract for a large retail complex project in Homestead, Florida.
