2-year-old shot to death in Gladstone

Gladstone police officers responding to a shooting call around 6 p.m. Tuesday made a tragic discovery. According to Gladstone Police Capt. Rob Hays, officers found a 2-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound at an apartment complex in the 100 block of Northeast 59th Terrace.
