Man who killed Clermont County deputy takes plea deal to avoid death penalty

Wade Winn, 23, called police to his apartment before faking his own suicide, drawing Deputy Bill Brewer into the room. Winn then shot him to death. According to his lawyers, he was on cocaine and LSD at the time.
