Southfield city clerk facing felony charges connected to 2018 November election

Southfield City Clerk Sherikia Hawkins is facing several felony charges in connection to absentee ballots in the November 2018 election. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson made the announcement on Monday afternoon.
