Lawsuit: Company promised big returns for house-flippers, then defrauded them

Three limited liability companies, owned by local residents who say they lost thousands in housing flips with Build Realty, filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in February. They describe a wide-reaching scheme that allegedly involved lenders, a title company, real estate agents and contractors.
