Nearly 1,000 households in the West End are considered “extremely threatened” by the risk of displacement, according to the West End Housing Study released Thursday. While Gov. Mike DeWine was in town Thursday raising concerns about vaping-related illnesses, particularly among underage teens, Susan Schmidt walked into Jeff Kathman’s Cincy Vapors store on Glenway Avenue in Green Township to pick up pineapple-flavored e-juice. Thursday morning was all about dads as fathers walked with their children hand-in-hand on the way to Mt. Healthy South Elementary School.
