Tropical Depression 10 forms in central Atlantic Ocean, forecast to become Hurricane Imelda

Tropical Depression Ten has formed over the central Atlantic Ocean, and is forecast to strengthen into a hurricane as it moves west and approaches the northern Leeward Islands.
