Faith-based leaders arrested for forced labor

Leaders of a faith-based group were arrested in California and texas for using homeless people as forced labor. Leaders of the El Centro-based Imperial Valley Ministries were said to have held the homeless people in locked group homes, forcing them to panhandle up to nine hours a day, six days a week.
