Authorities investigating officer-involved shooting in Avondale

Authorities are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Avondale, according to Lt. Steve Saunders with Cincinnati Police. The shooting happened at about noon Wednesday near Ridgeway and Blair Avenue. Blair Avenue has been shut down starting at Reading Road. Circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear. According to police, all Cincinnati Police personnel are safe.
