Info from Licensor: "A taxi driver was leaving Nusr-Et and missed his turn. He ended up getting stuck on the stairs, and some crazy bystander tried to lift the car from the front get it unstuck. I left before the taxi was removed from the stairs, but not before I caught the craziness on video."
