So today I stole my neighbors dog because I couldn't take seeing

So today I stole my neighbors dog because I couldn't take seeing how they totally neglected her. Infested with ticks, unable to reach any food or water. They left for who knows where over a week ago with her tied to a tree. Im probably gonna have a fight when they get back but I don't care.
