We've all seen the images of pets impacted by a major hurricane, wildfire, tornado or other natural disaster sweeping through a region. Dogs, cats, and other animals, can be hurt, displaced or abandoned when communities are impacted by disaster—particularly when there is no emergency evacuation plan.
