I-70 lanes back open, some ramps remain closed

All lanes of Interstate 70 have reopened after a seven-mile stretch was closed over the weekend. Both eastbound and westbound lanes opened just before 10:30 Sunday night. MoDOT said crews were able to complete a year's worth of work thanks to the closure.
