U.S. Marshals reached out to Mayor Frank Jackson to negotiate surrender of grandson

The arrest of Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson’s grandson happened Thursday night after the mayor himself arranged the surrender of the 22-year-old who is accused of beating and choking an 18-year-old woman.
