2,977 American flags placed along Putty Hill Ave in honor of 9/11 first responders

Over 140 people, including members of Towson and Loyola Universities ROTC programs, set up about 3,000 American flags along Putty Hill Avenue to honor Marylanders who lost their lives in the war against terror since 9/11.
