Bakersfield Police Chief Lyle Martin comments on arrest of Assistant Chief of Police

Chief Martin said the investigation highlights that regardless of rank or position the Bakersfield Police Department will continue to hold everyone accountable for their behavior. He did say this has impacted morale of the department and but this is just the first step in the investigation.
