Parrot loves to chill out on top of dog's head

Lucy has a budgie buddy who loves sitting on her head. She has been with him for over 5 years and they are the best of friends. Lucy has incredible focus while he sits on her. Also, they are supervised in instances like this so the budgie is not at risk of harm.
