County investigating alleged attack by mayor's grandson

The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating after Cleveland city prosecutors declined to file charges against Mayor Frank Jackson’s grandson, Frank Q. Jackson, for allegedly attacking a woman at a gas station and outside a residence in June.
