Info from Licensor: "I entered the traffic circle at least one car length in front of another car but he became angry and decided to follow me, rather than go home. I slowed to get him to go around me and applied the brakes harder than intended since I'd only owned the car for 2 weeks. He chased me up onto US Hwy 61 southbound, attempted to run me off the road while I was still on the on-ramp. Once on Hwy 61, he merged from the right lane into the left lane, and proceeded to run me off the road onto the shoulder, then took off down the highway at more than 80 mph."
