Sneak peek: Maple and Ash opens in Scottsdale

Diners looking to nosh on aged steak and seafood will soon have another restaurant to try when Chicagoland's Maple and Ash opens in Scottsdale, which will be the restaurant's first location in Arizona and first outside of Chicago.
