Police Pursued Car Crashes into Spectators

Info from Licensor: "My son and I were stopped at a red light when we saw quite a few police cars coming, following a black Maxima. We stayed at the light thinking that they would pass and go further down the road. The police proceeded to pit maneuver the Maxima at the intersection. The car tried to get away but was pit maneuvered again, lost control and came into our car. They hit the back end of the car next to us and stopped in the median. The man who was driving and his girlfriend both went to jail once they were arrested. We heard the cop say, that was the second time they had followed him on that street, and the initial pullover was for driving with his foot out the window!"
