Couple who have been married for 60 years discovered they were born next door to each other

A couple who have been married for 60 years told how they discovered they were born NEXT DOOR to each other. Matt Clarke, 79, and Christine, 77, only discovered ten years ago that they had been neighbours from birth. The couple, who will celebrate their diamond wedding anniversary on September 5, believe it was ‘fate’ - and visited the houses for the first time last week. Matt was born on November 14, 1940, at 7 Southcroft, in Alva, Clackmannshire, while Christine was born on June 18, 1942, at 10 Southcroft.
