KCPD officers sue Independence gun store that sold firearm to a convicted felon

Several members of the Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department sued an Independence gun shop after they were injured in a shooting last year. Court documents alleged the Armory KC illegally sold a gun to convicted felon Marlin Mack.
