Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan refuses to disclose how a non-profit set up “to promote the City of Detroit’s turnaround” has spent nearly $740,000 since 2014. Duggan himself spoke out against them in 2013, back when he was a candidate for mayor. In an interview on Channel 7, Duggan was asked about non-profit funds that got Kilpatrick, Snyder and Ficano into trouble.
