I live in Baltimore County and I am happy this is being done. Hopefully, changes will start to occur and the citizens will start to think twice about how it's affecting our part of the country.
On Wednesday, Baltimore County chose to follow neighboring counties, alerting its citizens of opioid deaths with information. This year, in Baltimore County, a staggering 185 people have died from drug overdoses while 780 have survived an overdose. But even with the survival, at least half will return to seeking out the drug to get that fix.
