BASE Jump Goes Bad on Mount Brento

Occurred on August 16, 2019 / Mount Brento, Italy

Info from Licensor: Experienced BASE jumper, Karl experienced a malfunction when his canopy had tension knots on the right rear lines halfway up the lines. He was fighting to keep the canopy flying straight and trying to clear the knots. In the end, he was airlifted off the mountain with a broken tibia plateau on his right leg and minor cuts and scrapes on his hands.

BASE jumping is dangerous, do not attempt.
