Grant County High School teacher charged with rape, sodomy

A Grant County High School teacher is accused of having "multiple sexual encounters" with a 15-year-old student, according to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office. Kendall Burk, 23, is charged with four counts of rape and four counts of sodomy. The incidents occurred during summer break off campus, the sheriff’s office said. Burk was listed as a science teacher on the high school's website as of Thursday afternoon.
