Hallmark parking garage damaged in dumpster truck crash

No one was injured in a crash involving a dumpster truck Thursday morning. It happened just before 4 a.m. near East 27th Street and McGee Trafficway in Kanas City, Missouri. Police said the driver of the dumpster truck was not inside when it began to move and rolled into the Hallmark employee parking garage.
