One of the events born from the viral "Storm Area 51" Facebook phenomenon is sharing a first look at what to expect when thousands gather in rural Nevada next month. The Alien Research Center in Hiko released "Basecamp Operations," an overview of its Area 51 Basecamp event scheduled for Sept. 20 and 21.
