Cape Coral woman Emma Winslow reported missing and endangered Sunday

Winslow was last heard from on 8/18/19 at approximately 4:20 p.m. when she contacted a friend via phone stating she had fallen and injured herself. Winslow had also made vague statements of possible self-harm prior to that.
