A trooper and a suspect were injured in a trooper-involved shooting in Middletown Thursday night, according to Lt. Craig Cvetan, spokesman for Ohio State Highway Patrol. An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper tried to pull over a 22-year-old driver in a 2015 Chrysler 300 at about 10:28 p.m. on State Route 73 near Route 4, Cvetan said. The driver didn’t stop, and a short pursuit ensued.
