We had quite the break from the warm and humid weather over the last two days with high temperatures in the lower 70s. Matter of fact it was the coolest since the middle of June where we had highs in the lower 70s going into the 20th of the month. Today will be warmer. High temperatures will be warming into the mid and upper 70s with mostly sunny skies. Winds will be light out of the northeast at first, but by the late afternoon, we will see the direction change out of the south. Skies will be mostly clear to partly cloudy tonight with overnight lows in the mid and upper 50s under a very light wind from the south. Showers and storms are back in our area Friday, With thick cloud cover and scattered to widespread storms anticipated, high temperatures will range from the lower to upper 70s with winds out of the southwest at 5 to 10 mph. There will be some daytime instability during the weekend which may spark off a few isolated showers or storms both Saturday and Sunday. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s.
