Philadelphia officers being arrested allegedly outside standoff

A crowd of what appeared to be nearly all-black locals allegedly harassed, taunted and threw objects at Philadelphia Police Department officers Wednesday evening as they reportedly worked to resolve a standoff with a dangerous, armed suspect who'd already shot six officers.
