Boat Bounces Around Canal

Info from Licensor: "I was with some friends and we rented a boat. While we were renting the boat, there was another family renting a boat also. By the first lock we entered, I could see that the family could not sail. They ran into the lock gates. Then we sailed on and docked our boat because we had to wait for the bridge to open. While we are waiting I filmed the man who was in a panic. After he rammed two boats, all the people shouted that he should turn off the engine. An experienced skipper then climbed onto the boat and put it ashore."
