Get ready for even more scooters: Spin scooters are now available in Milwaukee

Electic scooters are taking over Milwaukee, or at least that’s how things seem. Spin scooters officially debuted in the Third Ward Tuesday morning, after city officials approved the company's participation in their electric scooter pilot program Monday.
